This term Year 2 have been focusing on instructions. First we wrote about how to take care of our pet dragons! Luckily we followed all the steps… and we can say that there are no naughty dragons in Year 2.
This inspired us even more. We made our own instructions and some children picked another pet to have. We had tigers, cats, dogs, lizards and gerbils. What a noisy classroom we had!
Some children wrote about how to bake a cake and others about how to make a delicious sandwich!
After all of these instructions, a few children were so inspired they decided to make their own instructions at home!
