Last week, Winton took a huge amount of runners to Kings Park for the first league meeting of the Bournemouth Primary Schools Cross Country Event. It was brilliant to see such a great turnout of Winton runners giving their all on the course. Everyone showed great determination, teamwork and school spirit at the event and there were some great performances, most notably from Damilola, Cody and Lorenzo in Year 5 and Seth, Roy, Jessica and Jasmine in Year 6. There was also some fabulous running from all our Year 4’s that attended – a fantastic start to the cross country season.
