Our rationale
Whether you have a child due to start school in September, are new to the area and considering schools or looking at Winton as a potential school for your child, we believe the best way to make an informed decision is to come and take a look around. We don’t hold specific Open Events as we want you to see the school, as it is, on an ordinary day. This is the best way to get a feel for the school and decide whether it is right for you and your family. Our belief in this being the best way means that we invest the time in running daily tours, Monday to Friday at 9.30am, 11am and 1.30pm.
Tours run from October through to January and can be booked by contacting the school directly with your preferred dates and times. Most tours are carried out by Neil Tarchetti, Headteacher or in his absence another senior member of staff. Tours are for no more than three families at a time as we find this allows people to ask the questions that they want to, whilst ensuring that the school can genuinely run as normal whilst the tours are conducted. Due to tours being limited to a small group size, please have a few different days or times that you can do when you get in touch.
