Year 3 have been working really hard this term on designing and creating their very own cushions and we have finally reached the sewing stage! Take a look at some of the pictures from this week as the children used running stitch to attach their batik and tie dye materials together. We have been so impressed with the teamwork shown this week, with so many children showing our Community driver by helping their classmates to be successful with their sewing.
Next week, we will be finishing off by stuffing our cushions and using an over stitch to sew the final section together. We look forward to showing you the finished product!
