The children are fully immersed in residential life now, after a good meal and evening activity last night. They showed impeccable manners in the dining hall and then had the energy to participate in either camp fire songs and activities or Ancient Egyptian tomb painting. By the end, the children were definitely ready for bed and quickly settled down to sleep.
This morning, they have started on their Ancient Egyptian day. The costumes were fabulous and they really enjoyed sharing their own knowledge of Ancient Egypt from this term with the Hooke Court staff. They were certainly impressed with some of the facts the children had!
