Following Mr Tarchetti’s assembly it was a pleasure to present a Headteacher Award to Joseph and Valeria in Year 4. The challenge at the end of the assembly was to make a caterpillar. Both children made a cake caterpillar which fitted very well with the theme of the assembly – well done!
Five children from 2SP worked hard at home to make a caterpillar from a cylider – don’t they look amazing?
It was also great to see more children receive their Milky Way certificates for reaching 150 space points and they were able to choose an exciting new book to take home. We also handed out the first Universe certificates of the year, with three children reaching an incredible 200 space points. This is a fantastic achievement and they were able to take home a space-themed prize for their efforts. Congratulations to all of our winners this week.
