In Art, Year 2 have been exploring portraits and revisiting their learning on Thomas Gainsborough.
First they explored how digital media can alter images, using the iPads to try different filters. Then, last week, they used torches to find out how light can effect portraits.
Ahead of creating some of their own portraits, the children have been busy trying out different brush strokes, considering the effects that they have.
