This term, the children in reception have met lots of people from their local community. The visitors have come in to school to talk to the children about how they help people in Winton. They’ve spoken to the children about, where they work, how you get there and explained their job roles. It has also been a great opportunity to talk to the children about our school drivers, ‘community’ and ‘aspiration’. We now have lots of budding police officers, post office clerks and estate agents to name a few! A huge thank you goes to the visitors for their informative and inspiring talks.
