In Reception we are now in full swing of our learning, and are busy getting on with our learning jobs. We work in rotations, so we all get to have a go at the activities the teacher put out for us each week.
This week two of the jobs have been colour matching, and shape pictures. We have been learning the names of our colours, and had to see if we could sort classroom items in to the colours that we can see. We all worked as a team and helped each other. You could try this at home too!
Our shape pictures looked great too. We had some ideas of what we could make, but lots of the children made their own pictures using the 2D shapes. We talked about the names of the shapes, and how many corners and sides they have. Well done reception, we can’t wait to see your hard work continue!
