The children in year 1 have been enjoying experimenting with water colours in their art lessons. They have been colour mixing and learning to choose the correct size paint brushes for their artwork. They have been making tints and tones by adding white and black. They have been learning about the artists Paul Klee and Emma Burleigh and they have created their own pieces in the style of these artists. Look at our fantastic work!
