The children in Year 1 had their last STEPs (Safety Training and Education for Pedestrians) road safety session this week. Within the session they took part in some classroom based activities. They learnt about choosing safe places and routes to cross the road, crossing safely between parked cars and crossing safely at junctions. The children loved playing the traffic light game. Everyone was very impressed at how the children remembered their stop, look and listen actions! Well done Year 1.
