The Final Hurrah!

A beautiful, crisp morning greeted us here at Hooke Court today. The children are feeling a little tired but they have been great at throwing themselves into more outdoor adventures. They have stripped their beds, packed their bags and had another hearty breakfast, ready for one final morning.

We have been really proud of the children and how they have responded to the challenges of a residential. For some, this is the first time they would have stayed away from home and they have shown resilience and determination throughout. The staff at Hooke Court have been really impressed with their attitude and manners and they have certainly been a credit to the school.

Thanks also to the staff who volunteered to come with the children: it is a big sacrifice on their part and the trip could not have happened without their support.

We hope the children have enjoyed their stay and made some lasting memories.
