The final PE daily challenge of this half term is here! Miss Yelland has a cracker for you today, as she challenges you to see how many step ups you can do. This will test your fitness and leg strength. You can see if you can beat the score of Mrs Flexman or Miss Batey.
During the video she reminds you of the importance of daily exercise and challenging yourself to maintain and develop your fitness. You can try these challenges as many times as you like and just having a go will help keep you fit and well. If you do well that is brilliant but just having a go will do you good and develop your strength and fitness.
