In year 6 we have been learning about light. We have learnt that shadows are formed when light is absent. We have also learnt that light travels in straight lines, therefore forming shadows when an object blocks the light from travelling through.
On Monday afternoon during our science lesson we had great fun exploring the way light moves and is projected from torches. Some of us were skilled at forming shapes, others taking a keen interest in how the movement of light changes when forced to travel through water.
