An incredible 43 runners represented Winton Primary across three mixed races for Years 4, 5 and 6 at the Bournemouth Schools Cross Country event in Kings Park. As the largest group of runners, Winton certainly made its presence heard! There was amazing encouragement and support throughout, with the chant “Let’s go, Winton, let’s go!” ringing out above all others. A special well done goes to Ilya in Year 3, who was the only Year 3 pupil to compete in the Year 4 race. Congratulations to everyone involved – there were simply too many fantastic performances to mention!
