Science Dome

On Monday 16th March, Year 4 had an exciting experience, where they were able to spend time in a planetarium, exploring the wonders of space in an engaging and interactive way.

The children learned fascinating facts about planets, stars and the wider universe, deepening their understanding of the solar system. They were particularly amazed by demonstrations showing the relative sizes of the planets, helping them grasp just how vast space really is.

One of the highlights of the visit was watching how Earth has changed over time, from its early formation to the present day, bringing science and history together in a memorable way. It was a fantastic experience that sparked curiosity and enthusiasm for learning more about our world and beyond.
