For their Arts Week project this year, Year 2 have been creating some amazing artwork inspired by Jack and the Beanstalk. From whole year group projects such as our wildflower meadow and giant weaved beanstalk, to painting giants, creating wax relief leaves, detailed sketches and creating golden eggs. They really have been busy!
We even had a visit from Maisie, The Touring Potter, who helped the children to create gold coins from clay, featuring their very own silhouette.
