Year One have loved learning about animals this term. They have enjoyed writing fact cards about the different animal groups. This week they have been comparing animals by sorting them into categories such as; lays eggs or gives birth to live young, uses gills or lungs to breathe, has a back bone or exoskeleton. We have been impressed with their learning and the children are looking forward to showing their “grown ups” their fact cards.
