As part of our learning that plants need water, light and warmth to grow we have a sunflower competition running in Year 2. Today all of the classes planted their sunflowers.
First we planted the seeds, watered them and put them by the window for light and warmth.
We will let you know which class has grown the tallest sunflower later in the term.
We learnt about the life cycle of a sunflower and presented our own sunflower life cycles with captions.
