In year 2 we have been learning the story of ‘The Three Little Pigs’ and used this to write our own stories. As part of our learning, we have been thinking about the materials the three little pigs used to build their house. In Science, we decided to test which materials we think the three little pigs should have built their house out of. We designed and carried out an experiment to find which material is the most suitable for the job. Here are some pictures, showing our investigation. We particularly enjoyed testing to see which materials were waterproof!
