This week is Children’s Mental Health Week and the theme this year is ‘Express Yourself’. Today, Mrs Sinclair shares different ways people express themselves, activities you can do at home and even finds out which creative activities some of the staff at Winton enjoy doing in their spare time.
Take a look at the video below to find out more:
Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film and doing activities that make you feel good.
The squiggle game video can be found here. I wonder what animals or creatures you can create?
Once you have found a way to express yourself, share it with us by sending in a picture or video to [email protected]
We can’t wait to see all the creative activities you have been doing!
