Easter Fun Friday

What a busy morning the children in school have had! Since coming into school at 8:40 this morning the children have been non-stop working hard. The children decided to make some Easter wreaths using eggs and circular cut outs, perhaps this is something you could also try at home? The children are excited to go home tonight and put them on their front doors! After we had been creative we got busy getting fit and healthy with Joe Wicks. As it was Friday Joe had dressed up and so we decided to join him! Lots of laughs were had as Miss Power and Mrs Whiteman wore some princess dresses. Afterwards, we decided to finish off painting our saltdough decorations ready to decorate our homes for Easter. We used cutters in the shape of chicks, eggs and rabbits for ours. If you would like to make some saltdough at home all you need is 2 cups of plain flour, 1 cup of salt and 1 cup of water. Mix it all together and then you are ready to go! After cutting out shapes pop them in the oven for an hour and you will have some brilliant decorations to paint. Finally the children wanted to do some building, one clever child used the sticklebricks to make a huge egg! Enjoy looking through all the photos of how busy we have been over the past week, great work everyone.
