Home Learning

It has been another great day for the children at Winton. In school, we have been busy making Easter cards and Spring crafts, we have also been using Cuisenaire rods to help us with our maths, continuing to practise our English skills and taking part in the Joe Wicks PE Challenge every morning! It has been great to see that children at home have also been keeping busy and taking part in lots of activities across the curriculum.

This child had a go at Mrs Gadsby’s ‘Keep Busy’ sign language challenge and spelt his name!

Look at this child’s brilliant science work today! She drew a life size picture of a body and accurately labelled key parts.

Take a look at this child in Year 3 who has created a unicorn Easter egg – this looks great!

This child in Year 4 created a PowerPoint all about his research about mountains from each of the 7 continents.

Look at this child in Year 2’s amazing rabbit hutch design for one of his learning tasks this week. It looks like an excellent place for a rabbit to stay – well done!

These manga drawings have been created using oil pastels – well done to this child in Year 1!
