4DP’s Daily Mile Challenge

4DP have been throughly enjoying completing the activities involved in the Fit for Life program. A class favourite seems to be the ‘Daily Mile’ that they are able to do twice a week. To complete the mile, they must run 4 laps of the track around the field. In addition to this, every fortnight they are set a different challenge to add to this. This week’s challenge was to complete their 4 laps by changing movements on the way round. And they certainly came up with some very interesting movements to do this!
