On Tuesday 11th Feburary, it was standing room only at Winton Primary as 4AS held their class assembly. The class were keen to show-off the many intersting and fun areas of learning for the year so far. Recently returning from Hooke Court, 4AS were able to share memories of their time on residential and the interesting activities they took part in. Children shared photos and stories of their time away, including getting wet during a river study, and even performing a campfire song for the audience! 4AS particularly enjoyed sharing pictures of our Egyptian Day, as we were able to dress as ancient egyptians and learn how to bake bread, make sweet treats and even mummify a body!
Enthusiam for home learning was also on display as children shared their water cycle home learning poster, models and even a homemade scientific experiment!
