This week Winton took not one but four tennis teams to the annual Bournemouth School’s Primary Tennis competition. The tournament was held at Victoria Avenue Tennis Club and with four children in a team (two boys and two girls) there were lots and lots of singles matches played all afternoon against each other and other schools. Joyfully two of our teams finished the afternoon in first and second place which meant that not only did we receive two trophies but we also qualified for the county tennis finals at Bryanston School on July 19th. Congratulations to all the teams involved.
