This week in Year 2, it was time to experience the flavours of India! Flatbreads, salad and raita mint sauce were on the menu.
First the children weighed out the ingredients for the chapatis. Then they added them to their mixing bowls.
Next they stirred the mixture.
Then it was time to knead the dough.
Lastly the dough was rolled out and cut into four equal pieces ready for the oven.
Meanwhile salad preparation was well under way.
