This term the children in year 1 have been learning about Christianity and Hinduism. They have been answering the questions, ‘Why do Hindus have so many gods?’ and ‘Which symbol is the most important to Christians at Easter?’. They did a fantastic job at finding similarities between the two religions e.g. that they both have important symbols and learning some of the stories associated with each religion.
