Years 1 and 2 never need an excuse to be together, so when World Book Day came around it gave them the opportunity to read with each other! The children brought in their favourite books to share and had a great time reading and talking about the books they had chosen.
The children chose lots of different books and authors and these included; Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Matilda, Tom and Jerry, No Matter What, The Abandoned Kitten, The Day the Crayons came Home and even Horrid Henry and The Demon Dinner Lady! Luckily we don’t have any of those at our school!
