At the end of last term, Year 1 visited Talbot View residential home to celebrate their topic work and spread Christmas cheer with the local community. During their visit, one of our pupils noticed that a resident only had one Christmas card, and knowing that Christmas was a time of thinking of others who may not have any family close by, she decided to make sure the resident did not feel alone. During the Christmas holidays she returned to the residential home with her parents and a card and box of biscuits for the resident she had been thinking about. Both the resident and staff at Talbot View were overwhelmed by the heart warming act that they wrote to inform Mr Tarchetti of the great news. We are very proud to have such a caring and kind member of our school, a great role model to all. Well done!
