This week Winton took part in the finals of the Indoor Athletics season. The school had made it through to the finals as a result of winning our section of the league against six other schools. Only six schools in the whole of Bournemouth remained to see who would be the overall champions. Winton took this opportunity to unveil their new kit (which will be used in a range of sporting competition across the year) in the hope it would give us an extra half a second over our other competitors! However the standard in the final was fantastic and Winton finished a deserved 4th position overall. A brilliant achievement for the children and a good measure for all of their hard work.
