In Year 1 the children have been doing indoor and outdoor learning each week. This term their learning has been focussed around our topic ‘Toys’. In outdoor learning, they have had chance to experience playground games that children used to play in the past e.g. hopscotch, quoit throwing, skittles and skipping. In indoor learning they have had the chance to make a kite, play with toys from the past, and play in the ‘Toy Shop’ role play area.
