This week in year 5 we have been researching a chosen area of Ancient Greek history.
5EL – Hoplite Soldiers
5MA – Art and Architecture
5LC – City States (Sparta)
5EG – Daily life for an ordinary Greek
Since completing some reading and discussing the topics together the children have chosen how they will present their research. Some have chosen to present as a powerpoint, others posters and some have even chosen to create models.
Their attitude to this has been fantastic and we are very excited to complete this and show off our work at our exhibition on Thursday 18th October at 2:45pm in the year 5 base.
