Year 2 have been busy learning their new talking text based on the story, ‘The Not-So Scary Snorklum’. Once we had read the book we started off by making up actions as a whole class. We then produced a story map to remind ourselves of the actions. Then we got into partners and practised reading the text and acting it out.
Then we presented what we had done to the rest of the class.
Finally, we worked as a team to order all the sentences. We timed ourselves to see who was quickest. The quickest team managed it in just 4 minutes and 34 seconds. WOW!!
