Bones!

In Year 3 this week we worked collaboratively to build a skeleton.  It wasn’t as easy as we first thought. We had to stop and think about what we could feel within our own bodies and also the jobs of the bones to make sure we arranged them in the correct way.  It was great to see so much discussion and use of technical language within the groups as they were hard at work arranging the different bones.

Through much perserverance (and a little guidance) we all successfully pieced together our skeletons.

And we were very proud!!

Next week, we will be discussing how these and our muscles help us to move around.
